You can order items from the web shop if you are over 18 years old.

When you have made your order and accepted the terms of ordering and delivery, you will get binding confirmation email to the email address that you have provided. The Service Provider reserves the right not to accept the order.

It is the responsibility of the subscriber to use his / her own account and password and to keep them carefully. The Subscriber undertakes to provide the correct information when ordering.

All content (drawings, photos, videos, graphics, texts, voices) in this web shop and page is property of Rubylea it is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. You may not download, modify, transfer, transmit, copy, or sell any or all of the content of the Web Store without the prior written consent of Rubylea. You have the right to print and download these terms for your personal use.

In Rubylea’s online store, all payment connections are encrypted with SSL encryption. When paying with Visa Electron, Verified by Visa service with online payments must be activated. All credit card payments will be verified and, if unsuccessful, Rubylea reserves the right to reject the order.

For Finnish online payments you will need a bank account in Finland and the user codes that the bank will provide.


The price of the product is the price shown for the product at the time of ordering in the online store.

Shipping and handling costs on orders for domestic delivery starts from 5.90€. Pick-up orders from the store are free. The costs are shown in the shopping cart.

For international orders, shipping and handling costs per order will be charged as follows: inside European Union prices for delivery starts from 25.00€. Final shipping costs will depend on the shipping method you choose and the specific country location.

If the products are delivered outside the EU, the customer is responsible for any customs, import or other charges. Customs practises vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for more information. Should the product be required to be cleared, the customer is responsible for all related costs and understands that customs clearance may cause a delay in the original delivery time estimate.


Since most of Rubylea’s products are made-to-order, incoming orders will be processed within 2 weeks. Processing time depends on the product and its availability. Please note that in addition to processing times, there will be additional delivery times, which vary depending on the shipping method selected and the delivery address.

For domestic deliveries, you can choose from the following options:

Postin Pikkupaketti (1-3 business days), pick-up from Posti package automat (1-3 business days), pick-up from R-Kioski (2-5 business days), delivery to home (1-3 business days), Matkahuolto Jakopaketti, Kotijakelu or Lähellä-paketti (1-3 business days).

For international shipments we use UPS Express delivery. Delivery time depends on the country of destination and that usually is 1-3 business days.

When Rubylea ships an order, the customer will receive a link to the email address that they have provided to track the progress of the order.

In the event of a significant delay in the delivery of the product, Rubylea`s customer service will contact the customer via the email address provided. Rubylea reserves the right to ship separately ordered items at the same time, if necessary.

Rubylea reserves the right to reject the order if necessary. In this case, the payment will be returned to the subscriber within 30 days.


All Rubylea products are warranted for manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover normal use and wear and tear. Nor does the warranty cover any defect that may be attributable to negligent care in the care of the textile. But if anything happens to the product in normal use, please contact Rubylea.


The customer has the right to cancel the order if the order has not yet been delivered. If a customer wishes to cancel their order, they must contact Rubylea customer service via email. The email should include the customer’s name, address and order number. Rubylea will refund the canceled order within 14 days. Please note that if you wish to cancel a custom made order, the customer will NOT be refunded a prepaid portion to replace the materials used for the work.

The customer has the right to return or replace the product within 14 days of receipt. This refund does not apply to products that have been manufactured or modified to meet the specific requirements of the customer, but if you have any problems with your order, please contact Rubylea.

The customer has the right to return the product in the following cases:

The order has been canceled in accordance with these ordering and delivery terms by notifying Rubylea customer service at within 14 days of receiving the product or returning the product in accordance with Rubylea’s Return Policy within 14 days of delivery.

Before returning, please check that the product is in the same condition as it was shipped and that all parts supplied are included in the package. Pack the product in its original packaging. The customer is responsible for the shipping fees that comes from returning and/ or exchanging the product.

The product must be returned to Rubylea as soon as possible after cancellation. Any damage to the product during the return shipping is the responsibility of the returner. Rubylea will refund the cost of the returned product and the original shipping costs back to the customer. Refunds will be made immediately after the returned product has been received by Rubylea and its condition has been checked, but no later than 14 days after receipt of the product by Rubylea.

If the product is defective or damaged during shipment, the customer must notify Rubylea customer service as soon as the defect is discovered. Rubylea will endeavor to replace the defective product with a new one, but if this is not possible, Rubylea will refund the amount paid to the customer, including the price and shipping costs of the product. The refund will be made after the fault has been verified. It is recommended that the customer contact Rubylea customer service for further instructions.


Rubylea reserves the right to change the online store, its policies and ordering and delivery terms at any time. If the Terms are changed, Rubylea will announce the change on the website home page. The changed terms apply to orders placed after the change has been posted on the website home page.


Rubylea shall not be liable for any delay or damage resulting from an obstacle beyond its control which it could not reasonably have foreseen or whose consequences it could not avoid. Such force majeure is considered to be e.g. fires, pandemic, industrial action, wars, natural disasters, government interventions, disruptions in transportation, subcontractors, equipment, software, browser or network connection.


Rubylea shall not be liable for consequential damages unless caused by willful misconduct or gross negligence.


These terms and conditions have been prepared in accordance with Finnish law. Any disputes will be resolved in Helsinki District Court, Finland.
