Fascinator, roses and veil

Description

This pretty fascinator has white and reddish paper roses and red vintage veil as a decoration, which are hand sewn on synthetic straw base. There is plastic headband underneath the hat and it fits many head circumferences.

The size of the fascinator is 11cm.
