Most of Rubylea`s (VAT ID FI27541165) items are made from an order and the processing time is 3-5 business days. If the item is in stock, the processing time is 1-3 days. You can find the list of ready-made items from the “In stock”- album in Facebook and “In stock”- highlights on Instagram. Please notice, that the shipping time will be added on top of the processing time. You can check out the detailed processing times from product info. If you need the item faster, contact Rubylea before ordering and we will check if it is possible to process your order faster. The processing time for bespoke pieces will be estimated on a case by case bases.


The prices of the articles mentioned on the product page include VAT on orders within Finland and orders within the European Union. On Non-European orders no VAT will be charged but on those orders another charge is applicable with the result that the mentioned prices are the definite ones. Within countries outside the European Union any import duties can be calculated when the order arrives in the country of its destination. If the customer refuses to pay the custom fees and the package returns back to Rubylea, we will contact the customer for reshipping or returning. Customer is responsible to pay new shipping fees or in case of returning, the shipping and/or the custom fees that Rubylea has to pay, will be deducted from the order.

Delivery costs are (unless otherwise stated) not included in these prices. Before closing the agreement, the total price including the shipping costs is announced through our website. Shipping costs for domestic parcels are starting from 5,90€ and to European Union the cost starts from 25,00€ (UPS Express delivery).

You can also pick up items from Rubylea`s brick and mortar shop, Aleksis Kiven katu 38, 00510 Helsinki, Finland. The pick up is free.

The customer is responsible for custom fees that may apply. If the customer refuses to pay the fees and the package returns back to the sender, Rubylea will deduct the shipping cost and the custom fees that she needs to pay the order.

For domestic deliveries, you can choose from the following options:

Postin Pikkupaketti (1-3 business days), pick-up from Posti package automat (1-3 business days), pick-up from R-Kioski (2-5 business days), delivery to home (1-3 business days), Matkahuolto Jakopaketti, Kotijakelu or Lähellä-paketti (1-3 business days).

For international shipments we only use UPS Express delivery. Delivery time depends on the country of destination and usually it is 1-3 business days.


Delivery times for domestic parcels are estimated 1 to 3 business days and inside Europe around 1 to 3 business days. Please notice that these times are only estimated and the there might be delays, because of the weather, rush times, like Christmas or if the package gets stuck in customs.

I recommend that you double check that your contact information is correct, before you proceed to check out. If you notice after the check out, that you information is incorrect, contact Rubylea immediately, so we can fix it. Rubylea is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect delivery info. Please notice that we can’t accept P.O. Box addresses for delivery.


There is 14 days of returning and exchange policy for items that are ordered via online, but please contact Rubylea before returning any items. The item that you are returning or exchanging, have to be unworn (no make-up, parfume, hair etc.) and the labels has to be attached. If the item is damaged and/or is in condition that can’t be sold as a new, Rubylea has a right to reject the return.

Domestic orders include free return and exchange. Please contact Rubylea for returning information. For international orders, the customer is responsible for the fees that comes from returning and exchanging the item. These fees aren’t refundable. We recommend that you return the item with tracking and save the receipt from the return, since Rubylea is not responsible for lost return orders. When the item has arrived to Rubylea and we have check that the item is eligible for resale, we will refund you, excluding possible custom fees. Please notice that this returning and exchange policy doesn’t apply to custom made items, but if you have problems with your custom order, contact Rubylea.


For undelivered packages you will be charged a restocking fee. If the customer wants the product to be resent, the customer is responsible for the shipping fee.


In case of force majeure, Rubylea has the right to, on her own discretion, postpone a customer’s order or to cancel the agreement without judicial intervention, by informing the customer in writing and without the obligation for Rubylea to pay any compensation, unless this, in the given circumstances and to standards of reasonableness and fairness, should be unacceptable.
